IN GOD WE TRUST - JASON REITMAN (2000)

Written and directed by the well known American filmmaker Jason Reitman (Juno and Up In The Air), In God We Trust is a somewhat goofy comedy about a slacker who is killed (well, he does stand in the middle of the road) and told that he has not accumulated enough points to make it up to Heaven. Faced with eternal damnation, he makes a run for it back to our mortal coil, where he must now accumulate enough points before those guarding the afterlife manage to kill him again.
