Created by Leftchannel, an animation collective from the USA, the short comedy Fred is a fantastic computer animation and was a winner in the FILMSshort competition back in the day. At only just over a minute long, Fred is a short short that tells the story of two ingenious mice, a wedge of cheese and a feline called... Fred. The highly-skilled mice come up with a cunning plan to get past their sleeping foe but, unfortunately, Fred is a light sleeper. Disguised as a cat, the murine duo find Fred mistaking their attempts to bypass him as an invitation to dance. So Fred takes the opportunity to throw some shapes!
