CREATURE COMFORTS - NICK PARK (1989)

Those old enough will remember that Nick Park, the man who brought us Wallace & Gromit, first came to prominence with Creature Comforts, which won the Best Short Animation Oscar in 1991 (it seems it took the Academy a year or two watch it). Like his future shorts and features (such as Chicken Run) the stop-motion animation Creature Comforts is an often amusing and insightful story. It imagines what zoo animals might say if they could talk and were given the opportunity to comment on their surroundings.
